From 4 Hours of Manual Research to 4 Minutes
How I built an AI-powered GTM system that handles account research, data enrichment, and CRM updates while I focus on strategy.
The GTM grind nobody talks about
Every B2B operator knows the drill. You find a prospect, then spend the next hour bouncing between LinkedIn, company websites, CRM records, and spreadsheets just to piece together a basic account picture. Multiply that across a pipeline of 50+ accounts and you're buried in tabs, not closing deals.
I was doing all of this manually. Researching accounts, updating CRM fields, prepping for calls, writing follow-ups. The work that's supposed to support selling was eating all the time I had to actually sell. Long nights, weekends blending into weekdays, time I wasn't spending with my girlfriend, friends, or family.
That's the life of a founder. The discipline and dedication are non-negotiable. But the manual busywork? That part I could fix.
I built an AI team that never sleeps
Instead of hiring a research team, I built one. A system of AI agents powered by Claude that handles the repetitive GTM work I used to do by hand.
Account Research on Demand
I type a company name. Within minutes, I have a full briefing: what they do, who the key contacts are, what tools they use, and how they fit my ICP. No more tab-hopping.

The Cold Email Infrastructure Stack
There are two layers and you need both:
Layer 1: Mailbox Infrastructure
Domains + mailboxes + DNS + warmup
Layer 2: Sending Platform
Sequences + personalization + analytics

Enrichment That Runs Itself
New prospect enters the pipeline? The system automatically enriches it with contact data, company signals, and qualification scoring using Clay and/or Apollo MCPs. Clarify, my CRM, stays clean without me touching it.
Call Prep in Seconds
Before every meeting, I get an auto-generated briefing with everything I need: account history, recent activity, open deals, talking points. I walk in prepared every time.
An Always-On Assistant
I have an AI assistant (who I've named Jack, a nod to Oakland, my home) that monitors my pipeline, syncs data across tools, and flags what needs my attention. It works nights and weekends so I don't have to.
$ sync pipeline --enrich --update-crm
