Sales motion map
Your stages, gates, qualification criteria, and handoffs documented from your actual sales conversations. Not generic SaaS stage labels.
New Attio customers get a free week of design work with me. By Friday you have a custom data model, a pipeline architecture, a sales playbook draft, and a written implementation roadmap. Yours to keep, with or without me.
No fee. No obligation. Limited to net-new Attio customers, two engagements per month.
Five written artifacts you own outright. Whether we work together past week 1 is your call. The blueprint is yours either way.
Your stages, gates, qualification criteria, and handoffs documented from your actual sales conversations. Not generic SaaS stage labels.
Objects, attributes, and relationships designed for the way your team actually thinks about pipeline. Delivered as a written spec and a visual architecture diagram.
Pipelines defined with stage criteria, gate conditions, required fields, and role-based view design. Ready to implement, not yet implemented.
Qualifying questions, cadence outline, and handoff rules written specifically for the motion we mapped on Monday.
Week-by-week plan to build the model in your Attio workspace, prioritized by ROI, with effort estimates and a clear scope for week 2.
Three short sessions across the week. You spend roughly 3.5 hours of your team's time total. I do the design work between sessions.
Working session to map your sales motion. Stages, gates, qualification criteria, handoffs, role responsibilities. I leave with everything I need to design.
I draft the custom data model, the pipeline architecture, and the first cut of your playbook. You do not need to be in any calls during these two days.
I walk you through the data model, the pipeline architecture, and the playbook draft. You poke holes. I revise.
I hand over the polished blueprint: data model spec, pipeline architecture, playbook, and roadmap for weeks 2 through 4 with a clear cost to build.
This week is design, not build. By Friday you have a complete written blueprint that you or your team can implement in Attio. If you want me to do the implementation, the build itself is a separate engagement scoped on Friday once we both know what good looks like. That way nobody gets surprised on price or scope.
I spent 10 years carrying a quota before becoming a GTM engineer. That tenure on the sales floor taught me one thing: CRMs fail when the data model fights the business. Reps work around the system, leadership gets bad forecasting, and the tool that was supposed to drive revenue becomes the thing slowing it down.
I built The GTM Factory to design CRMs that fit how a team actually sells. I'm a certified Attio Expert, a Clay Artisan Partner, and a current Clay Bootcamp Teaching Assistant. I work with Series A through C teams whose sales motions have a shape generic CRMs can't quite hold.
My job during this week is to give you a blueprint sharp enough that you can hand it to any competent operator and ship. If we end up working together past Friday, even better.
More about The GTM Factory →You signed up for Attio in the last 30 days, or you are evaluating Attio right now and committing to sign during the engagement. If you have been on Attio for longer, reach out anyway. I will not be precious about it.
No. The week is design and planning. By Friday you have a complete blueprint that you or your team can implement yourselves. If you want me to build it, that is a separate engagement scoped on Friday at a flat per-project fee.
My time is free for the planning week. You cover your Attio subscription. There is no obligation to continue working with me after Friday. If you decide to keep building together, my standard per-project fee starts at $6,000.
No catch. Attio refers new customers to me. I want them to launch on a model that actually fits their business, so they stay on Attio for years. The free planning week is how I earn trust before any paid engagement.
Same week, slightly different deliverables. I review your existing model, flag risks, and write you a remediation roadmap. Tell me on the discovery call and we will adjust.
The discovery call is 30 minutes. I will know within the first 15 whether the week is a good fit for you. If it isn't, I'll tell you and point you somewhere useful.
